iCreditLeads.com provides credit repair leads to credit restoration companies and companies that offer services to consumers with poor credit. All lead sales are final. We will replace any inaccurate leads or leads that have bogus or disconnected phone numbers. All lead replacement requests must be received VIA email within 72 hours of  you receiving the lead.

Leads sold are for your individual/company use only and may not be resold or released by the buyer to a 3rd party unless that party is doing marketing for you specifically.

When buying leads from icreditleads.com you agree to follow all local, state, and federal laws in general and pertaining to telemarketing, email marketing and postal marketing.

You agree to personally guarantee your payment to us and understand all sales are final. You guarantee all payments to us to be valid, and to remain payable. In the event a payment is declined, returned, reversed, stopped, or becomes invalid after you have received leads, you agree to resubmit payment and/or grant icreditleads.com and/or the owners of icreditleads.com the right to draft or debit any account on file to redeem payment until the outstanding balance is collected.

Credit repair leads contain email addresses as supportive data, if you plan on emailing a prospect, do it at your own risk. It may be considered unsolicited by some recipients. Although all credit repair leads have agreed to have a credit repair company contact them using the data on file.

All of our leads are fresh inquiries and are DNC compliant, because they have opted in to receive information. You may contact a lead for 90 days by phone until they ask you to stop or you have forged a business relationship with them.

We reserve the right to decline service to any company we choose without cause. If we are unable to fill your order within 30 days we will refund your payment, less the amount of leads received thus far.   

We do not guarantee any close ratios or number of sales you get regardless if written or implied.

We do guarantee our leads need your services and to have valid contact information at the time of sale. By ordering leads from us you agree to our terms of service.
